Why This Christian Feels Compelled To Write About 'Spirit Cooking'

A word of caution before you continue reading this entry today.

The content (i.e., images and videos) that are included in this blog post are both disturbing and graphic. Yes, I'm a Christian, and I believe in good taste and modesty (Matthew 6:22-23), but I also believe in always trying to do the right thing even if that means exposing others to things they'll probably wish they could "unsee" when all is said and done (Psalm 101:3).

This is not hyperbole or "click bait" material, but just the honest truth. I wish I didn't have all of this sitting in my brain right now either, but here we are.

Worse, the thought of children being subjected to a certain kind of behavior and treatment like you're going to read about here can dull the senses rather quickly, but that's what I don't want to happen in this case. We need to remember this and take the appropriate and necessary actions to punish those responsible and do what we can to make sure it doesn't happen again!

As a father of two small children and an uncle to many more, this is the kind of story I pray is fake. Unfortunately, I don't believe that it is. There's more than enough public evidence to render a guilty verdict, in my humble opinion.

As a result, I'm left feeling helpless and powerless to do anything about it except pray. Of course, we believers in Christ Jesus know that that's certainly not nothing! Faith in and prayer to our Lord is everything!

Even so, it was through prayer when I came to the conclusion that I had to use the only other means available to me (this blog) to get this story out there and do my small part to be bold and courageous and report the truth while letting vengeance belong to the Lord (Deuteronomy 32:35; Jeremiah 46:10; Psalm 94:1; Romans 12:14; Hebrews 10:30).

Despite all of that being said, despite the fact that we live in a world where the brutal horrors of the holocaust really happened only a few decades ago, despite a reality where ISIS terrorists can do such unbelievable things to Christians in the Middle East and videotape them for the world to see, I still thought long and hard about whether or not to write about this topic today for obvious reasons.

First, it's not the sort of subject matter I typically devote any time to here on a blog like this.

Second, even though there's overwhelming evidence that's part of the public domain to prove the veracity of what WikiLeaks and others are asserting, there are many people who are still completely clueless about its existence through no fault of their own (or who are willing to hold their nose in response to it if not also ignore it by claiming it's "just art" and "harmless entertainment"), and so I don't want a commentary like this to blemish the content of this website let alone detract from the other work I try to do here on a regular basis.

I mean, come to think of it, I've only seen two other individuals I know personally who I'm acquainted with due to this blog make a passing comment about this within the past 48 hours. I'm not sure if I should conclude that the rest don't know about it, don't think it's legitimate, or simply don't care one way or another.

So, this piece is for everyone else as well as for my conscience, which is compelling me to put this out there. Besides, we all know that the mainstream media is incredibly biased in their defense and support of Democrats (specifically, Hillary Clinton), but when the #1 Trending Topic on Twitter is #SpiritCooking and not only does the mainstream media fail to mention it even once, but Twitter itself censors and scrubs the hashtag from showing up in those popular results, then you know they're trying to bury the story and hide something.

That's one significant reason why I felt this had to be written.

The media blackout is disgusting! After their complete silence following the investigative work that was done to prove that Planned Parenthood was selling baby parts, it's hardly surprising, but I've finally had enough though.

I'd rather use my freedom of speech to share my Christian worldview with others through the Internet while I still can in the event that such activity is criminalized in the near future depending on the outcome of Tuesday's election.

Even so, please understand that this is not so much a "political" piece as it is a "religious" one given the overtly spiritual nature of this story and how demonstrably wicked it really is.

As I was trying to explain to my family and friends yesterday, it takes a lot to disturb me as a Christian. After all, I actually acknowledge the reality of "good" and "evil" in the world since I know that God and Satan are real. It's another story when you come face-to-face with such pure evil though!

Still, I take comfort from and rest upon God's Word during such times like these.

Matthew 10:28 (ESV) And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

What mortals can do to a person is nothing compared to what God can do. He alone is capable of punishing a person, body and soul, in hell, even though He does not wish to see anyone perish (2 Peter 3:9). For me, not fear of humans, but "fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom" (Proverbs 9:10), which is why I finally decided to write this regardless of the consequences and reaction from others.

So, this article is for the Christian who conducts a mere Google search looking for a distinctly Biblical response to the latest WikiLeaks revelations about something called "Spirit Cooking" that implicates politicians (other rich and famous people too) at the highest levels of U.S. influence, power, and prestige as well as their apparent interest and involvement in Satanic beliefs, teachings, and practices (most notably the Democrats and the Hillary Clinton campaign).

Before we continue, and to reiterate, this is not meant to be a political piece. As I have always stated repeatedly in this forum, at the end of the day, I really don't care who you vote for if your conscience is clear about it.

This is the United States of America. That's your choice, your freedom.

However, let's at least be consistent and honest when it comes to political discourse from now on as those who bear Christ's holy name. My hope, is that every single person who identifies as a Christian and who learns about this heinous story, will immediately abhor and reject this kind of demonic, demented, evil, sadistic, and satanic behavior wherever they find it whether it leads us to the Democratic or Republican side of the aisle, to Hollywood, or even to the false converts within Christ's Church.

Why? It's simple really. The Word of God is crystal clear about such things. That's why.

Proverbs 8:13 (ESV) All who fear the LORD will hate evil. Therefore, I hate pride and arrogance, corruption and perverse speech.

Amos 5:15 (ESV) Hate evil, and love good, and establish justice in the gate; it may be that the LORD, the God of hosts, will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.

Psalm 97:10 (ESV) O you who love the LORD, hate evil! He preserves the lives of his saints; he delivers them from the hand of the wicked.

Psalm 45:7 (ESV) you have loved righteousness and hated wickedness. Therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness beyond your companions;

Psalm 26:5 (ESV) I hate the assembly of evildoers, and I will not sit with the wicked.

Romans 12:9 (ESV) Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good.

This is most certainly true.
However, there are two additional verses of Scripture in particular that I can't stop thinking about today in light of these shocking revelations.

Ephesians 5:11 (ESV) Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them.

Ephesians 6:12 (ESV) For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

We are called to discern and condemn such things when and where we find them.

At the same time, we need to recognize that behind the Church's earthly opponents stand demonic forces. Therefore, the Church (we Christians) should not try to fight with worldly tools (2 Corinthians 10:3-4). As we read in the Large Catechism, "All our shelter and protection rest in prayer alone" (LC III 30).

Ok, so what exactly is "Spirit Cooking" anyway? In a few moments, you might regret asking that question if you haven't been exposed to any of this yet.

Here's one of the more sober-minded discussions I've seen about this that will help to explain what's going on and why this is no laughing matter (please be advised that there are a few swear words sprinkled throughout this 60-minute conversation between these three, but only here-and-there)...

The Hillary Clinton Presidential campaign has been rocked by continued FBI Investigation related to her illegal email server, handling of classified information, pay-to-play at the Clinton Foundation and much more! Julian Assange and WikiLeaks have confirmed the level of corruption and media collusion that many expected through their release of Clinton Campaign Manager John Podesta's emails. Several of the latest Podesta emails have provided information connecting the controversial performance artist Marina Abramovic and the disgusting practice of "Spirit Cooking" to the Clinton inner circle. Stefan Molyneux is joined by Mike Cernovich and Vox Day to discuss the spirit cooking scandal and the unfathomable evil among those at high levels within government. Mike Cernovich is the bestselling author of Gorilla Mindset. He is a lawyer, a journalist who has broken several news stories of international interest, and the producer of the film documentary Silenced. Vox Day is a multiple-time Hugo Award nominee who writes epic fantasy as well as non-fiction including “SJWs Always Lie: Taking Down the Thought Police” and “Cuckservative: How 'Conservatives' Betrayed America.” He is the lead designer of next-generation Wikipedia replacement Infogalactic and also runs Castalia House publishing - which just released Mike Cernovich’s new book “MAGA Mindset.” Stefan Molyneux is the Host of Freedomain Radio.

In short, and as completely crazy as it sounds at first blush, this latest batch of emails obtained by law enforcement seems to strongly suggest (thanks to various digital/email and visual/pics/video evidence) that there is a Satanic sex cult and child trafficking ring being operated out of this nation's numerous halls of power on a regular basis, and it involves some of the nation's most influential and powerful people.

Now, I get that it would be much easier for all of us to just write this off as the latest "Christian Conspiracy Theory" but wouldn't that be like taking a page out of the Clinton playbook whenever she defends her corrupt and criminal actions as being part of the infamous and so-called "Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy" against her and her family?

If that wasn't enough "hard evidence" for you, then please prayerfully consider the following...

I know that's a lot to digest, but the worst part about all of this is that these are just A FEW of the many shocking discoveries that are being made within the past 48 hours following the research being done on this latest batch of WikiLeaks emails.

For instance, do a basic Google search for Biljana Djurdjevic and click on the Images tab. He's a sick and twisted "Artist" who's beloved by John Podesta (who has a painting of his in his office and at his home) and his brother Tony Podesta (who also owns a few of his paintings)! This is about the point when things began to become way more than just being "circumstantial" for me.

I'm convinced that there's definitely something to this whole story. No doubt about it.

So, you can disagree with me if you want to, but please don't come at me with claims that I'm somehow advocating a move away from freedom of speech in this country. That's absurd. All I'm trying to do is report on an already established link between deviant, immoral, satanic, and sexually perverse individuals and some of the most powerful and well-known entertainers and politicians in this country, because we as believers know that "whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm" (Proverbs 13:20) and that we have been warned "do not be deceived: 'Bad company ruins good morals'" (1 Corinthians 15:33).

Even more incredible than the content of this bombshell of a news story is the fact that independent "Citizen Journalists" are the ones doing the job that the old-guard Traditional Media should have been doing all along -- and they're not getting paid for any of it! Their only incentive is getting the truth out to the masses and they're using the power of New Media/Social Media to do it.

Let's not forget the blatant hypocrisy here either. Look, as I've said before, I'm no big fan of Donald Trump as you can tell by my previous posts, but the persistent attacks on him for his crude and vulgar language and behavior when everyone's turning a blind eye to this entire criminal case is downright laughable. You or I don't have to strain our God-given brains too hard to see what's going on here.

That's not my main point though. This is much bigger than an allegiance to a political party, a politician, and a U.S. Presidential Election. Much bigger!

Folks, how can we call ourselves Christians and believe, teach, and confess the very things we believe, teach, and confess, and yet, the first time we come face-to-face with what appears to be the kind of Satanically-inspired evil we only read about in the Bible, we respond by closing our eyes to it, putting our tail between our legs, ripping out our spine, and then quiver with fear while keeping our mouth shut?

It's not right! Remember, Ecclesiastes 1:9 tells us that "what has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun" so this should not surprise us, but it shouldn't render us speechless either.

To date, we've been right to connect the legalization and practice of abortion (a.k.a. institutionalized murder) in this country as a modern day worship of Moloch/Molech, and this latest controversy to erupt is only the latest evidence that things remain just as dark and dangerous as ever before.

Ah, but there's hope in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! His death and resurrection upon the cross for you, for me, and for all has already defeated the devil's grip on us, and we have nothing to fear!

Personally, and this is just my own subjective opinion, but I don't think it's a mere "coincidence" that the Lord has brought all of this to light during the very week that His Church celebrates the 499th Anniversary of the Reformation, or another moment in the history of mankind when the light of truth was shined upon the darkness of deceit.

In any event, it brings to mind the reality of the situation we now find ourselves in as the "body of Christ" in this particular moment of history...

The kingdom of heaven still suffers violence, and God is still raising up faithful men to speak. He calls you to speak in your various stations in life, too. We Americans were spoiled by a couple centuries of relatively easy living. But the Constantinian Accommodation is over. Christianity less and less enjoys the place it once held in American thought and society. Today’s pluralism invites Baal and Moloch alongside Yahweh. Most Americans would deny that they worship Baal, but prevailing attitudes about how men and women are to relate to one another only within marriage suggest otherwise. Likewise, the false god Moloch commanded that children be sacrificed in order to secure wealth and happiness. The Cult of Moloch which rules our society would mandate that the Church be complicit in the murder of children for the sake of convenience. The violent don’t need to use swords and guns; they often use the violence of government compulsion and veiled cultural threats. The Church possesses God’s Word, and she is called to speak this truth whether it is well-received or not. The Church needs Christians of boldness and conviction to speak God’s truth fearlessly. Consider this your call to action.
Today, as every day, it’s about Jesus. He has called you to do much good in the world, and you have chosen to serve yourself. You have chosen to remain silent where you ought to have spoken. And He forgives you. His blood covers your cowardice, your silence, and your inaction. He did not shrink from the violence done to Him. He gave His life for you and for all on Calvary’s cross. By that dreadful violence you are saved! Where you have failed to confess Him, He never fails to confess you before His Father, pleading for you at the Father’s right hand.
Look through the history of salvation; God has preserved His people through extraordinary opposition and hatred. The whole time, God continued to raise up prophets to speak to change the hearts of men. How much more will He preserve us? Today, the Church faces challenges no one dreamed of 20 years ago. Today, He continues to give His Church the courage to speak to a hateful world. The violent seek to take the kingdom by force.
Christians suffer. But no one snatches us out of the hand of our loving God. He has called you together – sheep who hear the voice of the Shepherd. Wherever the Gospel is preached there will be trouble. If the trouble ever ceases, we know that the Gospel is not being preached and the church has become a quaint relic of the past. But we are not! The Gospel is preached, there is trouble. Maybe some of you will face persecution. Perhaps some already have. But God is on your side. Your salvation is secure, and God will not let you fall.
You who bear the Name of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in your Baptism are called to witness to the world. You have eternal life already; there is no need to cling to this one. God provided Elijah to the world. He also provided John the Baptist and Martin Luther, to speak the Truth to a perishing world. Men of violence will never overcome the Church. Maybe Christians will again have to resort to worshiping in secret, as we did before the Fourth Century. Maybe the church will be forced to pay outrageous penalties or taxes for not genuflecting at the altar of abortion. Maybe none of it will happen. Maybe some new persecution will come that we never dreamed of.
It doesn’t matter; the same Jesus who has raised up strong voices in every generation will continue to provide voices of humility and strength in the face of any trouble. The Church has outlasted the Roman Empire by almost 1600 years. He will preserve her to the end of time, when He calls all the dead from their graves to a glorious Resurrection.
In the meantime, where are the true heirs of the Reformation? Where are those who, forgiven in Christ and lavished with grace, speak boldly and unwaveringly to a hostile world? Here. In this very room. In the chair beside you, in the chair in front of you, and in the chair beneath you. You know yourself to be frail and flawed; so did Elijah, John, and Luther. But God sees in you only Christ, and He delights in using people just like you to accomplish His purposes in the world. Be bold. Be fearless. Your victory has been won. The kingdom yours remaineth. Amen.
-- Rev. Daniel Hinton

This is most certainly true.

Unconfirmed reports suggest that WikiLeaks has evidence that would make this latest batch pale in comparison. I cannot even fathom the thought if that's true! It makes one wonder about the Clinton campaign's latest statement from earlier today that if a "whopper" of an email is published by WikiLeaks in next two days, then "it's probably a fake." Lord, have mercy!

Whether things ultimately get better or worse in the days and weeks ahead, whether this story takes on a life of its own or fizzles out into the nothingness, we need to shake off this self-inflicted spiritual amnesia and remember who we are as believers in Christ.

That means we expose evil, injustice, and lies wherever we find them. That means we speak "the truth in love" (Ephesians 4:15) to a hostile world regardless of the personal cost.

In a Lutheran layman's terms, it means we are compelled to speak out and to write about such things as Spirit Cooking so that we can offer eternal hope in Jesus Christ through His Word and Sacraments to those who end up feeling hopeless after learning about such shocking behavior.

NOTE: Please understand that I'm not a called and ordained minister of God's Word and Sacraments. I'm a layman or just a regular Christian, Corporate Recruiter, Husband, Father, Friend who lives in the "City of Good Neighbors" here on the East Coast. As another Christian Blogger once wrote, "Please do not see this blog as me attempting to 'publicly teach' the faith, but view it as an informal Public Journal of sorts about my own experiences and journey, and if any of my notes here help you in any way at all, then I say, 'Praise the Lord!' but please do double check them against the Word of God and with your own Pastor." To be more specific, and relevant to the point I want to make with this disclaimer/note, please understand that I'm a relatively new convert to Confessional Lutheran who recently escaped American Evangelicalism a little more than 3 years ago now. That being said, please contact me ASAP if you believe that any of my "old beliefs" seem to have crept their way into any of the material you see published here, and especially if any of the content is inconsistent with our Confessions and Lutheran doctrine (in other words, if it's not consistent with God's Word, which our Confessions merely summarize and repeatedly point us back to over and over again) so that I can correct those errors immediately and not lead any of His little ones astray (James 3:1). Also, please be aware that you might also discover that some of the earlier/older pieces I wrote for this blog back in 2013 definitely fall into that "Old Evangelical Adam" category (and they don't have a disclaimer like this) since I was a "Lutheran-In-Name-Only" at the time and was completely oblivious to the fact that a Christian "Book of Concord" even existed (Small/Large Catechism? What's that!?!). This knowledge of the Lutheran basics was completely foreign to me even though I was baptized, confirmed, and married in an LCMS church! So, there are some entries that are a little "out there" so-to-speak since the subject matter was also heavy influenced by those old beliefs of mine. I know that now and I'm still learning. Anyway, I decided to leave those published posts up on this website and in cyberspace only because they are not blasphemous/heretical, because I now have this disclaimer, and only to demonstrate the continuing work of Christ and the Holy Spirit in my life (Hebrews 12:2; Philippians 1:6). Most importantly, please know that any time I engage in commenting on and/or interpreting a specific portion of the holy Scriptures, it will always closely follow the verse-by-verse footnotes from my Lutheran Study Bible and/or include references to the Book of Concord unless otherwise noted. Typically, I defer to what other Lutheran Pastors both past and present have already preached and taught about such passages since they are the called and ordained under-shepherds of our souls here on earth. Finally, I'm going to apologize ahead of time for the length of most entries (this disclaimer/note is a perfect example of what I mean! haha). I'm well aware that blogs should be short, sweet, and to the point, but I've never been one to follow the rules when it comes to writing. Besides, this website is more like a "Christian Dude's Diary" in the sense that everything I write about and share publicly isn't always what's "popular" or "#trending" at the time, but is instead all the things that I'm studying myself at the moment. For better or for worse, these posts tend to be much longer than most blog entries you'll find elsewhere only because I try to pack as much info as possible into a single piece so that I can refer to it again and again over time if I need to (and so that it can be a valuable resource for others -- if possible, a "One-Stop-Shop" of sorts). Thank you for stopping by and thank you in advance for your time, help, and understanding. Feel free to comment/email me at any time. Grace and peace to you and yours!

Thank you for visiting A Lutheran Layman! Please feel free to leave a comment or a question since we do not exercise censorship. We've seen a similar policy with other blogs and it's worth repeating: Please act as if you're a guest in my home, and we'll get along just fine. I think anyone would agree that the kind of back-and-forth that is characteristic of blogs/chat forums and social media is becoming tiresome for all of us. Still, we should confess, edify, and love (and contend and defend when needed). Bottom line? Search the Scriptures! Apply Acts 17:11 to anything and everything you find here and, if you do happen to disagree with something you find here (which is certainly ok), or think I'm "irresponsible" and "wrong" for writing it, then please refute my position by supporting yours with Scripture and/or the Confessions. I don't think that's an unreasonable request, especially for those who identify themselves as "Christians" here, right? Besides, Proverbs 27:17 tells us "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another" and 2 Timothy 3:16 says, "all Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness." If you have an opinion that's great, I welcome it, but try to support it using God's Word. I mean, if the goal here is to help us all arrive at the truth of God's Word (myself included), then it should be easy to follow through on this one simple request (I'm talking to all you "Anonymous" visitors out there). Grace and peace to you and yours!
